Defending real estate brokers and agents against lawsuits and complaints to the Department of Real Estate (DRE).
- Real estate development and land use
Assisting developers through all stages of acquisition, planning, financing, construction, leasing, or selling.Providing advice, advocacy, and litigation services regarding zoning and permitting matters, subdivision processing and approvals, general plan amendments, entitlements, and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) issues.
- Finance and Lending
Assisting clients in all aspects of commercial lending including acquisition, construction, and loan documentation; security instruments; negotiable instruments, secured and unsecured loans, deeds of trusts, and guaranty agreements for institutional and private lending.
- Title and escrow companies
Prosecuting and defending claims relating to escrow and title insurance issues.
- Construction litigation
Representing clients in matters involving construction contracts, environmental issues, construction defects, soil movement, property lines, and mold.

Advising clients regarding business formation and contracts,

Advising clients regarding entity formation based upon liability concerns, partnership structure and tax implications.
- Appeals
Assisting clients in all aspects of civil appeals in California State and Federal Courts of Appeal.
